Apple-Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Dates

❤️ Recipe: Apple–Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Dates
⭐ Ingredients
- Approximately 36 pitted dates
- 2 apples
- 12 slices thin-cut bacon, cut into thirds
- Toothpicks
⭐ Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment for easy cleanup. - Stuff the dates.
Open each date, add an apple piece, and pinch closed. - Wrap with bacon.
Cut bacon slices in thirds. Wrap each date with bacon and secure with a toothpick. - Bake 15–20 minutes, turning halfway, until bacon is crispy.
- Serve warm or room temperature.
⭐ Notes
- You can prep them earlier in the day and refrigerate — just bake right before serving.
- Swap blue cheese for apples for a less sweet bite.
- Try adding a tiny sliver of jalapeño inside the date.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing if using apples.

How strong is the hummingbird! This tiny little bird is the only bird that can fly backwards. It drinks sugar water from our feeder, and snacks from all of the flowers along its path. Its wings flutter 50 to 80 times per second. Incredible!! God’s creation!
